Wanaka tree

I'm really sorry that I haven't been around much of late. I have been very busy. On Saturday I collected

ironicpseudonymfrom Taunton Station and took him to Watchet to hook up with ozrose. Then on Sunday I drove up to Crawley to see my cousins and to collect my parents who had just arrived back from their holiday in India. Then it was back to Taunton to pick up Mr Pseudonym again on Sunday evening.

On Monday we had a bit of a drive around to take in some of the interesting places in the area. Tuesday saw us driving up to Bath and then stops off in Wells and Glastonbury on the way home. Wednesday had me dropping my visitor off back at the station again for him to get a train back to London before he flew up to Glasgow early the following morning. I'm sure he is having a great time up in Scotland. It was good to have him around for a few days and I hope he enjoyed the time he spent here.

Anyway, to make up for my absence, at least for my Glastonbury friends, here is the first posting of  some of the pics I took during the week.

The Chalice Well Gardens from the Tor

The doorway of St Michael's Tower, a view that has me enthralled.
